Isaiah 12:3 KJV — “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”

Joy Is Your Bucket for Drawing From the Wells of Salvation

Beloved, there is something about joy that many believers have never understood. Joy is not merely an emotion. Joy is not pretending that everything is perfect. Joy is not denying that you have challenges. Joy is a spiritual force.

Think about a well. There may be plenty of water underneath the ground, but you still need something with which to draw it. In the same way, through Jesus Christ, salvation has made tremendous provisions available to us. There is healing, deliverance, peace, restoration, divine provision and victory in salvation. With joy shall ye draw!

Don’t Surrender Your Joy

The enemy wants you to focus on what is missing until you forget what God has already provided. Galatians 5:22 teaches that joy is the fruit of the Spirit. Return to God’s presence, feed on His Word, fix your eyes on Jesus and fellowship with God until your joy rises again.

Prayer & Prophetic Declaration

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, where sorrow has entered, let the oil of joy flow. Where disappointment has drained their strength, restore them. Holy Spirit, awaken supernatural joy within them. I declare: YOUR JOY IS RESTORED! YOU WILL LAUGH AGAIN! YOU WILL PRAISE AGAIN! YOU WILL DRAW FROM THE WELLS OF SALVATION! THE ENEMY WILL NOT STEAL YOUR JOY! YOUR JOY SHALL BE FULL! In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
