Changing Lives TV Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Changing Lives TV, operated by Samuel Onuoha Ministries, handles information when you use the Changing Lives TV Roku application.

Information We Collect

The Changing Lives TV Roku application does not require you to create an account and does not directly ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or precise location.

The application connects to the internet only as needed to deliver live and on-demand ministry video content and related app functions. Roku, your device, internet provider, content-delivery providers, or other platform services may automatically process technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, app performance, and viewing or network information under their own privacy policies.

How Information Is Used

Any limited technical information available to us or our service providers may be used to operate the stream, maintain security, diagnose errors, improve performance, and understand general app usage. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services and Links

The application may rely on third-party hosting, streaming, analytics, platform, or linked website services. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.

Children's Privacy

Changing Lives TV provides general-audience Christian ministry programming. The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so that we can address the matter.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information processed in operating the application. Because the application does not directly create user accounts or collect personal information, it does not maintain a user-profile database for Roku viewers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our application or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
