Changing Lives TV Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Changing Lives TV Roku application, operated by Samuel Onuoha Ministries. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the Application

Changing Lives TV provides Christian ministry programming, including preaching, biblical teaching, worship, prayer, and inspirational content. The application is currently offered free of charge and does not require a viewer account.

Permitted Use

You may use the application for lawful, personal, and noncommercial viewing. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, modify, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the application or its content except where applicable law expressly permits.

Ministry and Informational Content

The content is provided for religious, educational, and inspirational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the content.

Intellectual Property

The application, ministry name, logos, graphics, video programming, written materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Samuel Onuoha Ministries and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Streaming Availability

Live and on-demand programming may be changed, interrupted, delayed, or unavailable because of internet conditions, maintenance, platform limitations, rights restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Third-Party Services

The application may use or link to services operated by Roku and other third parties. Your use of those services may also be governed by their separate terms and policies.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the application and its content are provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Samuel Onuoha Ministries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the application.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue features of the application. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
